Your first visit includes a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, posture and movement. I’ll then provide hands-on treatment if appropriate and give you a personalised plan with exercises and advice.
Just a bit of clear space in your home, about the size of a yoga mat. I bring all necessary equipment, including a treatment table, massage oils, towels and resistance bands if needed.
Physiotherapy sessions: 45 to 60 minutes
Massage treatments: 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on your preference

Yes, many insurers cover physiotherapy from HCPC-registered practitioners. Please check with your provider — I can supply invoices for reimbursement.
It can involve deep pressure in tight or sore areas, but I always work within your comfort levels. Communication during treatment is key. I encourage you to ask me to reduce or increase pressure at any time.
It depends on your goals and condition. Some people start to see benefits after one session, while others benefit from a short course of treatment over several weeks. I’ll discuss a realistic plan with you after assessment.

Yes, I am HCPC-registered and hold full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I am also a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
